It's a beautiful Saturday... 10 C ... and lovely to feel the rays...
All around we hear ... dripping...the ice, the snow... is shrinking.. yippee
B and I just came back from a short excursion to our local Falls... We are so fortunate to have so much water around us. We went to find Indian Falls.. and trail came to an abrupt end when the path..(2 feet deep snow)...was now flooded by the mighty river.
Time to turn back...but not before I snap a photo or 2.
This is me at Inglis Falls in Ice ... our annual trek to check it out. Fresh, mist everywhere and the geese returned last night...I love that reminder...that I've made it through the winter...once again.
3 feet towards the falls and it's straight down 90ft!!
I know there'll be a few more flakes of the white stuff...but they won't be staying.
Hard to gain the perspective of size... the trees in the background are around 30ft high..
