Yes, mom got into the exploring too... I learned that a starfish is quite rigid at first...then softened to the contour of my hand after a few minutes. Little suction cups extend from it's body to touch the surface and attach.
Very touching!!








Rock formations are different ...we wondered if this black harder rock was besalt?.. with the softer sandstone pockets washed away to leave these patterns?... very organic and lacey



The temperature was around 17C and very comfortable for hiking...etc. otherwise with my hot flashes...I'd be in less clothing!! We were attracted by the shapes of these rocks.

Smooth, contoured, water pockets...sandstone, black rock.. some looked like lava.

In an outcropping.. part of the rock was broken away and it looked like a bun... this is a Jannah burger..!!
