I've given myself permission to explore the essence of my garden. I'm deeply influenced by the parts of the whole.This image has the impression of Georgia O'Keefe's approach, yet it is my interpretation of my annual rose..that greets me with 5 or 6 blooms... I savour it's aroma and it's delicate transfer of colour/shape.
Sometimes I squint my eyes and view only sections of this perfect creation.
Now my digital camera permits me to capture my eye's view.
Ah... the bud... awaiting the perfect day to bloom.I'm so happy in my garden...
I love the dirt, green, moistness, warmth, textures, and colours.
The mosquito's I can do without.
