July warmth and rain



I'm truly thankful that the perennials have worked their magic!
It's taken years to actually have my garden bloom on it's own, in the rhythm of the season...although I'm not sure about fall yet...and I'm not rushing it. I've done minimal upkeep aside from the Spring weed-fest...and planting 2 annuals for extra colour....it's so packed full now that the gout weed has been thwarted~ !!


The view has changed: beautiful white astilbe is blooming...the pinkish lilies have popped out, the large yellow daisy-like plant is just starting...and the purple nine bark has put on 4 inches in height.
So far, so good...
