Willow's many moods...alway's a sun beam found.

~Willow has left the building...~

He's left our home

as a friend said... He's reached Cat nirvana now...perhaps he's chasing arthritic mice /moles around... and nibbling on fresh dew touched grass blades, always his favourite treat. That helps me gain some levity..

I will miss his presence...his poses, cuddles, chatting and the ever ready purr .....it always was calming.

Here with our family almost 18 years...he was the king of the house and patiently watched all the other critters that were residents in our home at one time or other...over the years... never harming ...very tolerant.
Maddie as a baby with her big bro'

He was Sarah's dear buddy

Lots of snuggles always...

Willow was Maddie's pal...she often freshened him up a bit as he forgot to do himself... He stood patiently while she groomed his face and neck... he often had a crusty bit...here and there...in his older years...

They often cuddled together on any surface warm, and used by humans!

I'm watching to see if her behaviour changes at all ...as he was her comfort also... Sadie our other tabby..didn't like how Willow smelled and certainly won't be cuddling up to Maddie... the dominant female.

Willow Yoga Pose

Position oneself on back, with paws up in the air...

Roll side to side to capture all activities with one smooth move

: Namaste :

Although this next photo is a few years old...yes,

I must admit now...to being somewhat of a cat woman...very relaxing,

and blood pressure reducing...as the evidence says!

Where there were 3.... now there are 2, and my heart is still heavy.

I will think of you often old chum.

This is a beautiful tribute to a well loved and devoted pet...one of the family. I love the pictures. How is Maddie fairing?
