Forest Food in the Palapa..Vegetarian...no less!!!

On the way back from the BIG waterfall walk...about 1 hour from town...this Palapa, run by an old hippy type spirit.. we ate by the river...sat on palm tree seats.. and had a lovely falafel, hummus...and virgin bloody mary drink... it was delicious...and carob no egg brownies...with pecans!! yummy...

One highlight was this bathroom...in the tree... you needed to walk up a stone stairway to the loo...complete with flush toilet and running water...!!
